Initial Consultation
Before getting started, it’s important that we understand your unique needs and goals when it comes to building or renovating your home. So as a first step, we offer a free consultation where we can learn more about your requirements and determine the ways we can work together to bring your vision to life.
Design Concept
Based on our prior discussions, we will select the most suitable architect to work on your design, ensuring it meets both your needs and your budget. The design concept will include a floor plan and one elevation, or we’re happy to work with your own design team.
Preparation and Planning Approval
Once you’re happy with the design and we’ve provided a preliminary cost estimate, we then compile and submit the necessary documentation to council in order to secure a planning approval.
Construction Drawings and Approvals
When planning consent has been given by your local council, construction drawings are prepared for your new home. Our team will work closely with engineers and professionals to prepare a complete building approval package. During this time we’ll also assist you with making selections and finishes for your new home.
Construction
At this stage your design will be fully engineered and documented, which means we can provide a fixed price cost to build your new home. Once a fixed price contract is entered into, we can commence the construction. Our team is available to contact throughout the entire construction process if you have any queries or concerns.
Handover and Support
When the project is completed, your new home is handed over to you. At this point the warranty period is active and, most importantly, you can settle in to your new unique home.
